@REBUQ i doubt it, verizon are way better and their lines are all fiber, its really difficult to drop connection with fiber since its laser going through each fiber cable, only way if who ever is working down where the cables are ran are doing anything

@VZWSupport went to a store. Was told to go to AT&T to get my codE my other service. The customer service person said. I will wait. It took 6 minutes total. I came back he was busy. I asked the manager if he could help me. He said it's like the DMV. YOU LOSE YOUR PLACE. WTF!

@VZWSupport So I then called customer support who immediately sent me the label via email and confirmed that the package was to be sent via UPS and that the label had the tracking number on it. 4/7

@VZWSupport rebate submitted awaiting the validation date! It should have stopped me there and not have let me done it! Needless to say I'm bullsh*t that they refuse to give me that promotion still... I'm shocked... I'm disappointing being a brand new Verizon customer.

@VZWSupport Too late now.. every time I’m here I have slowdown issues. Last time I was here a rep. Told me it was because of the large crowds. Idk if that is the issue because my brothers phone were working fine and we are on the same plan AND I have an iPhone 12 pro max

@VZWSupport When I got this phone. My Verizon signal has been lousy 11 years I've lived here.. Even though it's a populated area, it's mostly poor people, so lousy infrastructure/signal.But at least my previous 📱s had 3g, so when my signal was bad I could still (slowly) get something.🧵

@TMobile hi… I’ve been a Sprint Customer for 17 yrs. That’s longer than 95% of most relationships… I think I’ve shown my allegiance by sticking w/you &the buyout.Your service sucks. I pay $138 for ****** service. @Verizon what kind of deals are you running? I’m very loyal.
